Restaurant Review: Maha

Another stop in my whirlwind foodie visit to Melbourne was Maha. In the same group as The Press Club and The Hellenic, Maha is another Middle Eastern fusion restaurant, similar to MoMo as the food is exquisite with French technique melded with Middle Eastern flavours.
We visited Maha on my last night in Melbourne. In fact, [...]

Restaurant Review: MoMo

Not Enough Bacon?

While watching Iron Chef America last night battling over Pork, not one but two of the judges mentioned that they hoped there would be enough bacon in the final dishes. Cat Cora’s bacon icecream looked impressive but didn’t win all the judges’ votes.
